Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, contacting us, or submitting your device for repair, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Our Repair Services
Diagnosis:
- All initial diagnostics are offered free of charge
- A clear written or verbal quote is provided before any repair work begins
- No repair work starts without your explicit approval of the quoted price
Repair Pricing:
- All prices quoted are final and inclusive of labour unless otherwise stated
- Additional issues discovered during repair will always be communicated to you before proceeding
- You are never charged for work you have not approved
Turnaround Time:
- Estimated repair times are provided as guidance and may vary based on parts availability and technical complexity
- Same day repair is offered for most standard repairs subject to parts availability
- D-Tech Solutions is not liable for delays caused by unavailability of genuine parts or unforeseen technical complications
Device Submission & Collection
When Dropping Off Your Device:
- You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device or have full authority to authorise its repair
- You are responsible for backing up your data before submitting your device
- D-Tech Solutions takes reasonable care of all devices but is not liable for pre-existing data loss or damage
Collection:
- Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion notification
- D-Tech Solutions reserves the right to charge a storage fee for devices left beyond 30 days
- Uncollected devices beyond 90 days may be disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact the owner
Identification:
- A valid ID or receipt may be required to collect your device
- We reserve the right to refuse handover to anyone unable to verify ownership
Warranty
- All completed repairs carry a 30-day warranty covering the specific issue repaired
- The warranty is void if the device shows signs of misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorised tampering after collection
- The warranty covers the same fault only and does not extend to new or unrelated issues
- Physical damage occurring after collection is not covered under warranty
Data & Privacy
- D-Tech Solutions technicians access device data only as strictly necessary for the repair
- We do not browse, copy, transfer, or share any personal files, photos, documents, or passwords stored on your device
- We strongly recommend backing up all data before submitting your device as a precaution
Limitation of Liability
- D-Tech Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from device repair or delay
- Our maximum liability in any situation is limited to the cost of the repair service paid
- We are not responsible for software issues, data loss, or damage arising from pre-existing faults not related to the reported repair
Intellectual Property
All content on the D-Tech Solutions website including text, images, logos, and design is the intellectual property of D-Tech Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Changes to These Terms
D-Tech Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Trivandrum, Kerala.
